Building bridges, touching lives

Youth Ministry

Here at Sixes UMC our youth group is "Striving to fulfill our purpose of building lasting relationships with God, our Fellow Youth and, our Community."

CrossMethod

CrossMethod is a time for Fellowship, Fun and Worship! We meet on Sunday nights for Snack Supper, Games and Worship. Snack Supper is a small meal provided by a different youth family every week, and is free to all youth who attend. We follow Snack Supper up with some fun and games. If you like Minute to Win It, 9-square, baseball, the couch game, or other wacky games then you will love Crossmethod. Once everyone has had their fun we go into our Sanctuary for CrossMethod. CrossMethod is a youth worship experience with live praise and thought provoking lessons. CrossMethod runs from 5:00-7:00 every Sunday and I hope to see you there soon!

Wednesday Night Bible Study

Wednesday night bible study is a chance for the youth to delve deeper into the bible and to learn about God and their role in his plan for themselves. In this day and age it is important for youth to Know what they Believe and Why they Believe it, that is why we take the time to work in a small group setting to break down and digest the scriptures. We work on one book of the Bible at a time and we are currently studying Genesis. We encourage all middle and high school studnets to join us from 7:00- 8:30 every Wednesday.
