Children's Ministries

Children's Life Groups and Kidz Power Hour is starting up a new curriculum called LIVE B.I.G. (Belief in God). Live B.I.G. is designed for children to know the love of God through Jesus by making children's life groups and Kidz Power Hour a place they want to be. Live B.I.G. is a DVD-based resource designed to excite and enrich your children's spiritual lives by bringing their everyday real world experience into life groups and Kidz Power Hour. At Sixes UMC we offer an age appropriate, safe environment for your children to learn about a God that loves them. Each week we strive to have your child grow closer in their walk Him. We currently use curriculum from Group Publishers as a basis for their experience and each volunteer teacher customizes the program for the children in the class. We understand that children need to be engaged with stories, activities, and time for sharing. Your child will be treated with respect as an individual and be expected to participate in all activities.
